Look who I ran into today on the 16th floor of the CJC this morning!  Court reporter Gailann Wright Rolen – who is currently assigned to Judge Kelli Johnson in the 178th. She was suppose to substitute as a court reporter for Judge Leslie Yates on the 16th floor, but those plans may be shelved if she gets selected for as a juror.  Meanwhile, Judge Yates was having trouble getting a jury panel AND the prosecutor – Jay Gordon – although ready for trial – just completed a grueling trial Friday afternoon that resulted in a guilty verdict (see above).  He could use the day off!  Stay tuned!
